Alex Hennawi

Alex Hennawi is the Founder and Principal of Hennawi Advisory, an institutional strategy and transformation advisor with over 20 years of experience supporting post-secondary institutions, small and medium businesses, and regulated organizations across Canada and internationally.

Alex has held senior leadership roles within public, private, and internationally ranked universities in the UAE, as well as complex regulated and growth-oriented organizations where governance, compliance, and performance outcomes are critical.

His work focuses on turning strategy into execution—aligning governance, operating models, people, and performance systems so organizations can deliver results under real-world constraints.
